1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Snowbunni.com (the “Service”). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and age

The Service is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or use the Service. By registering you represent and warrant that you are an adult and that you will not allow any minor to access the Service through your account. All persons depicted on the Service are fictional adults aged 18 or over.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you may not sell, share, or resell access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. AI-generated content — important disclosure

All creators, personas, characters, and images on the Service are AI-generated and fictional. No real person is depicted, and no real person’s likeness is used or implied. Content produced on the Service is machine-generated and does not represent any actual human being. Outputs are labelled or presented as AI-generated where appropriate.

5. Credits, payments and refunds

• Certain features (including on-site image generation and companion chat) are paid and consume credits. Credits are purchased in packs at the prices shown at checkout.
• Generation is pay-per-produced-image: because you direct the composition and the render consumes real computing cost, a completed render consumes credits even if you do not like the result. There is no free preview of a paid render before it is produced.
• Refunds / re-credits are issued only where (a) a render fails technically and no image is produced, or (b) a render is blocked by our safety filters. In those cases we will re-credit the affected credits automatically or on request.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Purchases are non-refundable except as stated above or where required by applicable law.
• Recurring subscriptions (where offered) renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period except where required by law.

6. Content ownership and licence

All personas, characters, models, likenesses, prompts, software, and underlying AI systems on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You acquire no rights in them.

Licence to us of your Creations. As to any content you generate through the Service (“Creations”), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable and sublicensable licence to reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, display, distribute, promote, and otherwise use and monetise the Creations, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed — including adding them to model profiles, pay-per-view packs, and using them in promotional posts, advertising, and social media — without further notice, attribution, or compensation. To the extent permitted by law you waive any moral rights in the Creations. This licence survives termination of your account.

You also grant us the right to feature your Creations publicly (we may, at our discretion, credit your username). You retain a personal, non-commercial licence to view and keep copies of your own Creations within the Service.

7. Prohibited use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, you must not use the Service to create, request, or attempt to create any content that sexualises minors, depicts real or identifiable people, or contains the extreme or illegal material listed in the Acceptable Use Policy, and you must not attempt to evade our filters.

8. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, block, remove, throttle, or refuse any request or content, and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts, for any breach (or suspected breach) of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for filter evasion, or for abuse. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent termination. We may also report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.

9. Copyright / DMCA

We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy for our designated agent and the procedure for notices and counter-notices.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI outputs are unpredictable and may not be accurate, complete, or to your taste. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you submit or generate.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the content licence, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date on this page and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and contact
